What do I get with my membership?
Your membership allows you to book last-minute tables at hundreds of great local restaurants that have partnered with TablePouncer. These restaurants will deduct up to 65% off your bill when you book via the TablePouncer website or mobile app. The discount given depends on the last-minute deal that the restaurant is offering on the day, but most discounts are 50% off the food bill or 35% off the total bill.
Will I still have to pay the £3.00 per diner booking fee?
No, as an annual or monthly member you won't have to pay any booking fees for yourself or anyone in your party. That's right, you can book for up to 8 diners per booking and you'll pay ZERO booking fees!
How many bookings can I make each month?
Book as often as you want, whenever you want. TablePouncer doesn't limit the number of bookings you can make. The only limitations are that you can not book more than one restaurant per day.
Can I let my friends use my annual or monthly membership?
An annual or monthly membership can be used to make bookings for tables of up to 8 diners per booking and no one in the group will be required to pay a booking fee. The booking must only be made in the name of the registered member, so no, your membership can not be loaned out to your friends to use. If your membership is used to book a table in a different name, you will receive a warning from our support team and your membership could even be cancelled.
How do I make a booking?
Simply search for your dining choice and location from one of our hundreds of restaurants, then select your desired booking time and group size, click "book now". Enter your booking name, email address and click 'Do you have a promo code' to enter your annual or monthly membership code. When you have entered your annual or monthly membership code, click 'Redeem' and see the booking fee be reduced to £0! Ensure you enter your mobile number before pressing 'Book Now'.
How far in advance can I make a booking?
You can book tables for today and tomorrow.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew. You can cancel any time to stop it from being renewed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Just email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your membership will remain active until the current billing period ends, then your membership will convert to a pay-as-you-go membership.
How many restaurants are available to book on TablePouncer?
We work with hundreds of great independent restaurants and are adding 50 new restaurants per week. As an annual or monthly member you can make a booking at any of our restaurants, as often as you like.
On what devices can I use TablePouncer?
You can book tables on TablePouncer through your web-browser using any computer, or using the web-browser built into almost all smartphones and tablets. Additionally, you can install our app on your iPhone, iPad, or any Android device to make bookings easily on the move.
Can I use TablePouncer without a membership
Yes you can use TablePouncer as a pay-as-you-go customer. This means that you'll pay £3.00 per diner as a booking fee when you book a table. You will also only be able to access tables one day in advance, instead of two days in advance as an annual member or monthly.
Do I pay TablePouncer or the restaurant for my meal?
You pay the restaurant for your meal. The dining experience is exactly the same as if you booked directly with the restaurant. The only difference is that you'll be receiving a last-minute deal, so your bill will have a nice saving added to it.
What are some additional benefits of being a TablePouncer annual or monthly member?
You'll be able to make bookings faster as you won't have to go through the booking fee payment process that non-members do. An annual or monthly membership is the best way to experience TablePouncer, and we highly recommend it.
